    Rules, Regulations and Conditions of Membership

    1. All required paperwork must be included, with a completed application. If paying with a Credit Card the card must be presented in the golf shop, before the application is processed. All golf simulator seasonal Memberships are good for the season which begins October 1st and ends May 1st. Simulator use outside of the calendar season will be charged the appropriate rate per hour.
    2. Cards are issued for each individual in the membership and are non-transferable. Membership cards can’t be used for group outings, events or tournaments.
    3. Maximum time limitation of 2 hours per day 7 days a week per membership. Time in excess of 2 hours shall be charged at the member rate of $25.00 per hour.
    4. Cards must be presented upon request for simulator use. Players understand that if cards are not presented, they will pay the current fees.
    5. Simulator times can be made seven days in advance during the week & One day in advance of a Holiday. All players must check in with golf shop staff, before beginning simulator play.
    6. All simulator users must adhere to Golf Simulator Policies, Procedures & Safety Protocols.
    7. Definitions of Membership Types: Married Couple - Two legally married adults residing and living at the same address. Family - A legally married couple and two dependents residing and living at the same address under the age of 18. Junior – Any person 17 years or younger at the time of the application.
    8. Times for the simulators can be booked 7 days in advance Monday-Thursday & one day in advance Friday-Saturday. This goes for both regular members and corporate members.

This would include a current business license and corporate/business check for entire amount, or if paying with a Credit Card the card must be a corporate / company Credit Card and presented in the golf shop, before application will be processed. All golf simulator seasonal Corporate Memberships / Passes are good for the season which begins October 1st and ends May 1st.
