Hiking - If you are an avid hiker we have nearby trails that you can explore while taking in the beautiful Montana scenery. 

Bear Gulch Trail #123l is an easy hike along Bear Gulch to Bear Meadows. The trail is four miles one way that follows a small creek flowing between Sullivan and Bear Mountains and for the first mile is on an old jeep road. Motorized use is in fact allowed on this trail. From the resort, get on I-90 east and drive through Butte. Get onto Interstate 15 North to Helena and exit at Bernice. Take Forest Service Road #8481, which parallels the east side of the interstate for 2 miles. Just beyond a subdivision is the trail head with adequate parking for five cars.
