Employment OpportunitiesExecutive ChefWe are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee food preparation for our Dining Room, Café and banquet facilities. The successful candidate must be able to simultaneously accommodate the needs of a Dining Room capacity of 104, a Café capacity of 66 and banquet functions of up to 400 guests. We are seeking a self-motivated culinary professional with strong leadership skills and a desire to maintain high quality standards. A culinary degree is preferred, a minimum of three years management experience and at least five years experience working in a high volume fine dining environment is required. Strong skills in supervision and training are required and must be a hands-on working Chef. Creativity in developing menus and specials is required. Shifts vary and the successful candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
